Zure van Tildonk from Hof Ten Dormaal from … indeed, Tildonk!
In the brewing process, they used wild yeasts found on their own (brewing) farm.
Each batch of Zure van Tildonk is carefully aged for 1 year in the cellars of the Ursuline monastery Engelenburcht in Tildonk.
It has a light amber color with a minimal head that disappears almost immediately.
A striking “brett” scent with a soft, refreshing, slightly sour touch.
