Stoutilicious from De Bock brewery.
A Stout that has been allowed to mature in Pinot Noir barrels for 9 months and that has certainly had an influence on this beer.
At first it reminds me of a Flemish red/brown.
Red fruits fruity in combination with a little chocolate in the background. Slightly woody with a certain acidity.
A very interesting beer to pair with blue-veined blue cheese!
