White Pony – Strongest Than Ever Japanese Whisky Barrel Aged

He is back again! Another new version of White Pony’s Strongest Than Ever!

The previous editions were all bangers with a high alcohol content and it is no secret that I am a big fan of these types of beers.

This version is one that has been matured in Japanese Whiskey barrels resulting in a moderately sweet Barleywine with a slightly sticky mouthfeel.

The barrel aging is present in combination with a fruity and sweet character. Fruity as in stone fruit.

A fairly high Untappdscore proves that this beer is once again a winner!
