⦁ Are the prices shown include VAT and any deposit?

All prices in our webshop are in Euro (€) and include VAT, excise duties and any deposit.
The value of the deposit is always mentioned in our products.

⦁ Can I buy a voucher?

Do you want to give someone an original gift but do you know little or nothing about beer? Let the lucky person choose his / her beers with a voucher. We offer different vouchers. After payment we send a digital voucher with a unique code.

⦁ What if I want to collect my order myself?

If you choose to pick up your package, you will only be able to pay in cash or in advance. In that case, BeerVikings will always contact you to arrange a collection time with you. Delivery in Hamont / Achel / Pelt and Bocholt (BE) will be offered for free by BeerVikings. For other regional deliveries please contact us.

⦁ Which shipping costs are charged?

Shipping costs are charged depending on the weight and place of destination.

These are always calculated by the Webshop during checkout.

As a customer you have different shipping options, as well as different shipping suppliers.

A choice can be made by a home delivery or a PickUp delivery. More information about these delivery options can be found under the FAQs.

⦁ What is the delivery time after my order has been paid?

BeerVikings makes every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We try to ship every order within 4 days after payment confirmation.*

Depending on the delivery company, it will be delivered within 1-2 days.

* With the exception of announced holidays.

⦁ What is the difference between the @Home and PickUp delivery option?

You can choose between 2 delivery options when completing your order.

@Home: Your order will be offered by the delivery company at your home. You must sign on receipt.

@PickUp: Your order will be sent to a central delivery point of your choice. You can then collect it there yourself. You can enter the PickUpPoint you have chosen after you have clicked the “send to another address” box at the bottom of the order.

If you have not found a suitable PickUpPoint, we will select the closest PickUpPoint at the delivery address you specified.

You will always be kept informed which PickUpPoint we have selected for you.

⦁ What is the maximum weight that I can order?

A maximum weight applies to each delivery method.

For Bpost & PostNL this is limited to a maximum of 30 kg.

A maximum of 20 kg applies to DPD shipping.

If you place an order that exceeds the maximum weight, only the pick up option will appear. It is therefore not possible to send the order and it can only be collected. A collection must always be done in consultation with BeerVikings. If you still want to place a large shipping order that exceeds the maximum weight, it is always possible to divide the shipment into 2 or more shipments.

If you choose this option, an additional shipping fee will always be charged. If this is the case, please contact BeerVikings.

⦁ How is my order packed?

We do our best to package all products carefully. Our products will be packed in protective cardboard and / or protective filling. The box is also made of extra sturdy cardboard to minimize the chance of damage.

If a delivery arrives damaged, please contact BeerVikings. We will do our best to resolve this inconvenience for you.

⦁ Who will deliver my order?

Depending on the order and delivery address you have chosen, this will be delivered by an external delivery company.

We mainly work with Bpost, PostNL or DPD.
