Do you want to give someone an original gift but do you know little or nothing about beer? Let the lucky person choose his / her beers with a voucher. We offer different vouchers. After payment we send a digital voucher with a unique code.

If you choose to pick up your package, you will only be able to pay in cash or in advance. In that case, BeerVikings will always contact you to arrange a collection time with you. Delivery in Hamont / Achel / Pelt and Bocholt (BE) will be offered for free by BeerVikings. For other regional deliveries please contact us.

Shipping costs are charged depending on the weight and place of destination.

These are always calculated by the Webshop during checkout.

As a customer you have different shipping options, as well as different shipping suppliers.

A choice can be made by a home delivery or a PickUp delivery. More information about these delivery options can be found under the FAQs.

BeerVikings makes every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We try to ship every order within 4 days after payment confirmation.*

Depending on the delivery company, it will be delivered within 1-2 days.

* With the exception of announced holidays.

[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”⦁ What is the difference between the @Home and PickUp delivery option?”]

You can choose between 2 delivery options when completing your order.

@Home: Your order will be offered by the delivery company at your home. You must sign on receipt.

@PickUp: Your order will be sent to a central delivery point of your choice. You can then collect it there yourself. You can enter the PickUpPoint you have chosen after you have clicked the “send to another address” box at the bottom of the order.

If you have not found a suitable PickUpPoint, we will select the closest PickUpPoint at the delivery address you specified.

You will always be kept informed which PickUpPoint we have selected for you.

You can choose different shipping companies while the checkoutform is visible. We work with Bpost, PostNL, DHL and DPD. It may be possible some other companies will be delivering your packages for these companies.
All these companies have different prices and shippingrules. You can find them when filling in the checkoutform. Please note all our packages are insured for broken items and/or loss EXCEPT when chosing DPD.

While DPD is one of our cheapest ways to deliver packages, we have to inform you when choosing DPD, shipping is at the customers OWN RISK and UNINSURED. Due the DPD policy they will no longer insure glass and/or beer related items. Please keep in mind there could be any chance of broken items or lost packages. Our own shippingpolicy regarding packing and shipping will not be changing and we will try to pack the items as good as we can.

[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title=”⦁ What is the maximum weight that I can order?”]

A maximum weight applies to each delivery method.

For Bpost & PostNL this is limited to a maximum of 30 kg.

A maximum of 20 kg applies to DPD shipping.

If you place an order that exceeds the maximum weight, only the pick up option will appear. If you cannot see any shippingoptions, your order has exceeded the maximum weight. In this case you will have to split op your order.

A collection must always be done in consultation with BeerVikings. If you still want to place a large shipping order that exceeds the maximum weight, it is always possible to divide the shipment into 2 or more shipments.

If you choose this option, an additional shipping fee will always be charged. If this is the case, please contact BeerVikings.

We do our best to package all products carefully. Our products will be packed in protective cardboard and / or protective filling. The box is also made of extra sturdy cardboard to minimize the chance of damage.

If a delivery arrives damaged, please contact BeerVikings. We will do our best to resolve this inconvenience for you.

Our shipping companies do their utmost to deliver the packages in good condition. If your order is damaged during delivery, it is recommended to notify us as soon as possible. In case of damage and / or breakage, please provide us with photos of the condition of the package. Photos of the outer package, shipping label, inside of the package and the damaged goods. Only on these conditions can we file a claim with our shipping companies and offer you appropriate compensation.
Please note any packages send with DPD are no longer insured.

Depending on the order and delivery address you have chosen, this will be delivered by an external delivery company.

We mainly work with Bpost, PostNL or DPD.
