A special edition this time, one with blackthorn berries.
In the brewing process, use was made of wild yeasts that are found on their own (brewing) farm.
Each batch of Zure van Tildonk is carefully matured for 1 year in the cellars of the Ursuline monastery Engelenburcht in Tildonk.
This Sloe is a brand new edition and has been on blackthorn berries for 6 months after the barrel ripening.
It has a light amber color with a minimal head that disappears almost immediately.
Fruity with a strong acidity.
The acidity disappears nicely dry in the aftertaste.
