Zure van Tildonk from Hof Ten Dormaal from ... indeed, Tildonk!
A special edition this time, one with peaches!
In the brewing process, they used wild yeasts found on their own (brewing) farm.
Each batch of Zure van Tildonk is carefully matured for 1 year in the cellars of the Ursuline monastery Engelenburcht in Tildonk.
This Peaches edition has been aged on peaches for 8 months after barrel agening.
It has a light amber color with a minimal head that disappears almost immediately.
A striking "brett" scent with a soft, refreshing slightly sour touch and a recognizable fruity taste of stone fruits, peaches in this case.
The sour character of this peach edition is slightly stronger than the standard Zure van Tildonk.
