White Gold

WitGoud (white gold) from Hof Ten Dormaal.

This farm brewery has a nice range of beers on their tally. From blond to dark beer to sour experimental brews and unique barrel-aged series. They can do it all.

This WitGoud actually refers to our Belgian white gold, namely our chicory.

WitGoud belongs to the Farmhouse ale style, which also includes the Saison.

It has a slightly fruity taste, a typical "barn scent" in combination with a minimal acidity and a light sweetness.

Also recognizable is something of spiciness.

A drier bitterness in the aftertaste is also recognizable.
