Winter Goud

Winter Goud from the Belgian farm brewery Hof Ten Dormaal.

They create the perfect mix between farm life and the brewing world, using their own farmed malts and hops as much as possible.

Winter Goud is a 10.5% ABV black Imperial Stout and was made with the addition of home-grown chicory roots.

A beautiful beige head and a typical smell of roasted malts.

The taste of roasted malt, coffee and black chocolate is beautifully reflected and the use of the chicory roots gives it a certain bitterness that ends slightly drier in the aftertaste.

A perfect warm-up on a colder day!
