Wind of Change from the Finnish Coolhead.
Started in 2016 with the aim of putting Finland on the craft beer map.
And tehy also succeeds. The brewery is located in Tuusula, about 30 kilometers from Helsinki, at the source of the purest water in the world.
They brew 180,000 liters per year and specialize mainly in Nordic Sours, IPAs and barrel-aged beers with a higher alcohol content. With more than 150 brews, certainly not the least!
This Wind of Change is a West Coast IPA where 3 hop varieties Simcoe, Centennial and Mosaic were used during the brewing process.
The result is a tasteful, slightly exotic / citrus fruity and hoppy IPA with a good bitterness and a light taste of pine.
A nice beer that should be drunk at a correct, colder temperature.
Keep your head and your beer cool!
