That Psycho Chick from the Italian White Pony microbrewery.
Another barrel-aged Russian Imperial stout, this time on Sherry/Rum casks.
If that wasn’t enough, Roberto added smoked salt, smoked paprika and shitake mushrooms.
So a special one!
Moderately sweet at the start, stout. The barrel maturation is in it, although it comes through rather subtly.
A recognizable little salt in the aftertaste.
Watch out, this Psycho Chick can be a tough one!
I wonder who this beer is about again this time…. 😉
