A Sour Quadruple with an alcohol content of 12.8% this time, which certainly doesn’t make it any less interesting.

Matured in Spanish red wine barrels and then re-aged in Cognac barrels with the addition of pomegranate fruits.

Typically, the head of the head disappears fairly quickly.

A striking taste of red wine, raisins and caramel.

Complex with a certain acidity.
