First brewed in 1934 and since 1956 the recipe has remained unchanged to date.
This Westmalle Tripel is often referred to as the Mother of all Tripels, and that is not surprising at all.
This Tripel has all the characteristics of a typical Belgian Tripel.
A recognizable banana flavour (a side taste that the yeast produces during the fermentation process).
