Oude Mûre by Tilquin. Edition 2018-2019.
A beer of spontaneous fermentation obtained by the fermentation of fresh and / or frozen blackberries in young lambic, mixed with 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic.
By adding between 250 and 300gr blackberries it gets its unique color and taste.
The color is rather rust-colored. Black blackberries, fruity with a dry acidity.
There is also a slightly woody touch.
Nice acidity, certainly not too sour.
Dry finish is typical.
