SuikerOhm BA Woodford & Weller Bourbon, a collab between 100 Watt Brewery and Oldschool Brewery, both from Eindhoven.

A Barleywine with an alcohol content of 11% that was aged for 15 months in Woodford and Weller Bourbon barrels.

This complex beer has remarkably little CO2, so it does not develop a head.

Sweet in the attack with a clear influence of the Bourbon barrels.

Malty in taste with a recognizable touch of brown sugar and liquorice.
