Schneeeule & Nevel – Meeske

Dutch Nevel and German Schneeeule teamed up to develop a new beer.

Meeske was born with woodruff from the Netherlands and wild woodruff from Brandenburg.

After 1 year of fermentation with the home culture of Nevel and Schneeeule, the beer was bottled and the beer matured further on meat.

Expect a taste sensation with a combination of spicy and a certain sour touch.

A unique brew and a must for wild beer lovers.

The low alcohol content is certainly a bonus!

Attention: the number of bottles was brewed in small quantities and is therefore a scarce product. According to Ulrike, the brewer of Schneeeule, some of the last bottles are probably available!
