Hard Seltzer? Yes, actually this is a fermented sugar water with a taste, mango in this case. Does this fall under beer?
No, since no malts and hops are used, this does not fall under the beer category.
For this Mangovid-19, water, cane sugar and mango were fermented together into a “lemonade” with an alcohol content of only 5%.
I can best describe the taste as a mango fruit water with spa sparkling.
Little to no foam.
So a Hard Seltzer, with an original and appropriate name!
