Maître Grand Cru White Wine Barrel Aged from brewery De Meester from Harelbeke.

A Limited Edition beer that has matured for no less than 6 months in white wine barrels.

During the brewing process, grape juice was also added and a Champagne yeast was used.

The result is a blond beer with an alcohol content of 9.5% and a sticky head.

The taste is fruity, as in white grapes and yet has a slightly sweet attack. As the sweetness fades, it changes nicely into a slightly drier finish.

It is incredibly easy to drink. At the end of this text I find out that my glass is almost empty, which is usually a good sign …
