La Source – Hoppy Sour

Hoppy Sour from La Source, a small craft brewery from Brussels.

As the name suggests, something with hoppy and sour, although the amount of acid is not so bad in this case.

Light yellow in colour, nicely hazy but the foam head does not last very long.

Slightly citrus-fruity in taste with a rather light, but pleasantly refreshing acidity. Great thirst quencher.
