The label refers to a dark time. In the 17th century, in the forest of Anlier (province of Luxembourg), during the 13-year war, about 100 villagers were hanged by foreign soldiers. Hence the label with a buttoned male.
This blonde has a much lower alcohol percentage than her Tripel brother.
With its 5.9% alcohol content, it is therefore much softer in taste.
