Karakterkop

Karakterkop (Character head), winner of the Brouwland competition best Hobby brewer 2021.

The man behind this beer is Kristof Braekers from Kaulille. The name referring to his daughter and a Saison referring to the farm in which he lives.

Character head is a typically drier saison.

A bit grassy and malty in taste with a slightly spicy rather than fruity touch.

Nicely dry in the aftertaste as a Saison should be.

Some yeast flakes, but not disturbing.
