A Foeder-Aged farmhouse ale with orange blossom flowers and honey.

Inspired by Orange County’s rich agricultural history, Just A Kiss is an ode to the orange groves that once thrived in the area.

This saison was fermented for six months with orange blossom honey in French oak casks and added afterwards with orange blossom flowers.

Slightly fruity with a typical foeder scent.

In the aftertaste a light acidity, but nicely balanced with the mandarin / orange fruity.
