Cloudwater – Allen V13 The Mashup

Allen V13 The Mashup, a collab between the British Cloudwater Brewing Co. & Verdant Brewing Co., both no strangers to the craft beer scene.

Brewed with the addition of 3 different yeast strains and afterwards dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Hoppy and fruity, rather stonefruity. The hops used bring the whole to taste very well and provide a rather soft bitterness.
