Blue Jay V3

Blue Jay V3 from the French ZooBrew brasserie.

It has been a while since we had French beers in our range. French beers are nevertheless well on the rise.

ZooBrew is located in Castelnau-le-Lez, a small community near Montpellier.

Blue Jay V3 is a New England IPA and was brewed with no less than 6 hop varieties, including Citra, Summit, HBC472, Rakau, HBC522 & Mosaic hops.

A hoppy, French IPA with a typical citrus-fruity touch.

The bitterness is slightly higher in the finish.
