Blanche de Fantôme

Fantôme, an artisan brewery from the heart of the Ardennes. A small brewery, but with great beers that are appreciated in all corners of the world.

It is therefore not surprising that Fantôme stands for real Belgian quality.

All specialty beers, with an emphasis on special. The brewer is known for its Saison style beers.

This time no Saison, but a wheat beer!

Certainly not a typical wheat beer, but one with its own “Fantôme flavour” and I had expected that.

Slightly spicy, the coriander is well present, as is often the case with Fantôme beers.

A light citrus touch is also recognizable with a pleasant light acidity in the background.
