Beerskey from the Muifel brewery from Oss in the Netherlands.
Beer & whiskey, does that go together?
Now this beer was not aged in whiskey barrels, nor was whiskey added in it.
Peated whiskey malts were used during the brewing process. The beer thus remains a beer, with a certain peated and smoky taste, typical of whiskey.
A striking lightly smoked touch in combination with a slightly sweet attack.
Despite its fairly high alcohol content of 11%, this Beerskey is still quite pleasant to drink.
