Dia De Los Muertos [Ghost 1045] from Adroit Theory, an American brewery based in Washington DC.

A brewery that is highly regarded in the Craftbeer scene. Popular for their strong IPAs, but their other beer styles are also popular, just like this Dia de los Muertos,

A Russian Imperial Stout with a good dose of coffee, enhanced by toasted coconut and honey dipped Macadamia nuts.

The result is a pitch-black coffee stout with the typical taste of roasted malts, coffee and a slight influence of coconut in the background.

Slightly alcoholic and full of flavour.
