30 Moorse Martelaren

30 Moorse Martelaren, a collab between the Ghent-based DOK Brewing and the Hasselt-based brewery De Hophemel.

A Double New England IPA with an alcohol content of 7.5%.

To give the beer a little more body, buckwheat and oats were used during the brewing process.

Furthermore, 5 hop varieties were used, including Citra, Idaho 7 cryo, Azacca cryo, Talus and Galaxy and they used a kveik yeast strain.

Strikingly stonefruit fruity in combination with exotic fruit and a good bitterness in the end.
