3 Fonteinen Intense Red, assembly nr83, season 18/19.

This particular Intense Red has macerated on her fruit for six months.

The lambs in this assembly come from 2 different barrels and 2 different brews. The final fruit intensity is 475 grams of cherries per liter of Intense Red.

A beautiful, inviting color with a minimal head that quickly disappears completely.

An overloaded taste and smell of pure cherries, slightly sweet with a typical, but certainly not predominant acidity.

Very nice balance between the sweet / sour of the cherries used.

Very pleasant on a hot day!
